4. AI-Assisted Note Taking
In my practice, I use JaneApp’s AI-assisted note drafting feature (AI Scribe) to support clinical documentation. With client consent, this feature may use an audio recording of a session to generate a draft note. That audio recording is never saved. I review and edit all draft notes for accuracy before they are finalized and saved to the clinical chart.
Use of AI-assisted note taking is optional. Clients may decline or withdraw consent at any time, and sessions will be documented using manual note-taking methods instead.
According to JaneApp’s published materials, audio recordings used for AI-assisted note drafting are processed within Jane’s secure environment and are not used to train the AI system. Recordings and transcripts are not part of the legal psychological record. I retain control over clinical documentation and remain responsible for the content of all notes.
5. Confidentiality of Email and Contact Forms
Communication through email may not be fully secure. If you choose to contact me electronically, you accept the potential risks associated with electronic communication.
Sensitive personal health information should not be sent through unsecured email.
6. Cookies and Analytics
