From Burnout To Recovery: Introduction To The 24-Part Video Series
This 24-part video series offers practical information about how to recover from burnout.
Watch the 1-minute introductory video below to find out more.
Practical Suggestions for Recovering From Burnout
Hi, I’m Dr. Patricia Turner. I’m a Clinical Psychologist in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
I created this series of 24 short videos to make useful information about how to recover from burnout more available to the public.
The videos contain more than an hour of material and draw from my 25 years of experience helping people who are struggling with burnout. I’m excited to launch the series, and I hope it will have a long life.
Why the Burnout Recovery Videos Are Short
Each video is only one to four minutes long because most people who view this series will have low energy and difficulty concentrating.
You do not need to watch the episodes all at once or in order. Watch one video, take a break, and return in a couple of days or weeks to watch another. You can move through the series at the pace that works for you.
There is no need to absorb everything at once. Take what is useful from each video and return to the series when you have the energy.
If you find everything you need in these videos, that will be great.
When You May Need More Support
These videos provide a high-level overview of the information you will need to recover from burnout.
If you need additional information or ongoing support, please reach out to a psychologist in your area and ask for help.
A Contribution to Your Burnout Recovery
I created this series because I care about what you are going through. I care that you are in a difficult position and that you are struggling.
Through these videos, I hope to make a meaningful contribution to your recovery.
Considering Next Steps
The videos in this series can provide a wealth of useful information as you work through recovering from burnout.
If you need more help than these videos offer, a psychologist in your area can help you with your recovery.
